Provide comprehensive email support to marketplace sellers, addressing account management, payment processing, and policy-related inquiries. Troubleshoot complex operational issues and technical challenges, achieving consistently high seller satisfaction ratings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify systemic issues and implement solutions that reduced ticket volume. Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems. Update and optimize product listings, pricing, descriptions, and catalog content on behalf of sellers. Assist sellers with catalog issues, inventory management, order management, cancellations, returns, refunds, and reimbursement-related queries. Educate sellers on marketplace policies, account health metrics, and compliance requirements.
Source and screen candidates through channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client requirements. Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews with clients, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System. Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms to ensure successful placements. Build and maintain relationships with clients and Account Managers to understand staffing needs.
